Can I pause my subscription?
Most “pause my subscription” requests come from one of three places:
- You’re going on vacation or won’t dub for a few months — you don’t want to pay during downtime.
- You overestimated your usage and you’d rather a temporary break than a full downgrade.
- You’re between projects and unsure whether you’ll keep using Dubly.AI at all. For all three, the workaround is the same.
The workaround
Section titled “The workaround”- Cancel at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access (and your remaining subscription minutes) until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Re-subscribe when you need it again. Your account stays put — login, dubs, projects, custom voices, glossaries, settings — all of it is preserved.
What you don’t lose
Section titled “What you don’t lose”- Your dubs, projects, custom voices, glossaries, and Translation Styles all stay in your account.
- Your team members stay in the Account.
- Your past invoices stay accessible.
