Why have I not received a reset password link?

You requested a password reset and the email hasn’t arrived.

Reset emails usually arrive in seconds, but sometimes they take a couple of minutes. After that, check your spam / junk folder. Some email providers misclassify automated emails on first delivery.

A typo in the email is the most common cause. The reset email goes to whatever address you typed — even if no account exists with that exact spelling. If you typed the wrong address, go back to the Forgot password page and request again with the correct one.

3. Confirm the email is actually registered with Dubly.AI

If you signed up with a different email (work vs. personal, old vs. new) the reset link goes to that other inbox. Search your inboxes for past Dubly.AI emails to find which address you actually used.

If your company has strict spam filters or you’ve previously marked our emails as junk, future emails may be blocked entirely. Add the Dubly.AI sender to your safe senders, or ask your IT admin to whitelist it.

If none of the above worked, request the reset one more time. Sometimes a single delivery attempt fails for transient reasons, and a retry succeeds.

6. If the email address itself is the problem

Section titled “6. If the email address itself is the problem”

If you’ve lost access to the email address on your account (former employer, defunct domain, locked inbox), you’ll need to change the email on file. See Edit your profile.

If you’ve confirmed the email is the right one, the email is registered with Dubly.AI, you’ve checked spam, and you’ve waited several minutes — contact support. Tell them:

  • The email address you’re trying to reset.
  • Roughly when you requested the link.

We can confirm whether the reset email was actually sent on our side.
